Married At First Sight cast livid after being snubbed from the Logies while select ‘favourites’ score an invite: See who made the cut

The Logies are considered the Australian TV industry’s night of nights.

But despite Married At First Sight being nominated fort an award, some leading cast members are livid they haven’t been invited to attend this year’s ceremony.

More than half of season 11’s brides and grooms won’t be walking the red carpet at the Sydney ceremony on August 18.

Daily Mail Australia understands that several cast members have been begging their managers and agents for an invite ahead of the main event.

With 24 participants appearing on the show this year, it is expected that only a handful will be invited due to limited invites secured by the network.

Jade Pywell and Ridge Barredo are hotly tipped to represent the show alongside experts Mel Schilling, John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla.

Despite going strong, Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams are unlikely to receive an invite following their controversial stint on the show.

Breakout stars Lucinda Light, Tristan Black, Lauren Dunn, Eden Harper are also more than likely to score invites.

Should Channel Nine be feeling generous Sara Mesa, Cassandra Allen, Timothy Smith will be considered, according to an insider.

Despite being fan-favourites on the show, Tim Calwell, Andrea Thompson and Mike Felix sadly didn’t make the invite list.

Meanwhile, Jayden Eynaud, Ben Walters, Richard Sauerman, Natalie Parham, Collins Christian, Madeleine Maxwell and Ash Galati won’t be in attendance.

It’s unclear if Jonathan McCullough and Ellie Dix will be in attendance.

As of Thursday, none of this year’s cast have received any invites yet, despite some boasting that they have secured an invite to the highly coveted event.

‘No one has any clue what’s going on. [The cast] are pretty in the dark about it,’ one insider told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Some are livid because they chose to behave thinking they would land an invite but now they’re told they’re more than likely not going.’

Jono, 39, told Daily Mail Australia that while ‘it would be fun to be invited’ he wasn’t too fussed either way.
