Married At First Sight’s Rhi Disljenkovic and Jeff Gobbels appear to be eyeing up another reality series.

The fan favourite couple, who chose to stay together during Monday night’s Final Vows episode, are reportedly being considered for The Block.

According to Woman’s Day, a close source revealed that Channel Nine are ‘keen to invest in their love story’ and that the couple are ‘being geared up to be the face of the show’ following their positive reception on MAFS.

The insider went on to say that we may see Rhi, 34, and Jeff, 39, on screens in the coming months as their feature on the show has ‘already been discussed internally’.

When asked by Yahoo Lifestyle if they’d like to appear on the Aussie hit show, the couple revealed they would be keen to compete on the program.

‘I thought it’d be a great fit for us to go on The Block,’ Jeff shared, adding that he finds the series ‘really entertaining’.

‘I had a great experience with what we just went through on Married At First Sight personally, and I love Channel Nine and all the production there.’

Rhi chimed in, saying that while her experience in home renovations is minimal, she would be crazy to turn down the opportunity.

‘I’ve expressed my resilience during the MAFS experiment, so I feel like I could be just as resilient on The Block and just pull out some things I never knew I could do.’

Jeff and Rhi are easily the most successful couple of MAFS’ season 12.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, the Melbourne-based pair admitted there was never a doubt in their minds when it came to continuing their relationship beyond the controversial social experiment.

‘No, I didn’t have to think twice at all,’ Rhi said. ‘It was definitely an easy choice, thankfully.’

Jeff added: ‘I’m a pretty positive person, so I did go into it hoping that would happen and really believing it would happen for me. And luckily it did.’

The fan-favourite couple said the key to their success was emotional maturity, communication and focusing on their connection instead of the surrounding drama.

‘Good communication and emotional maturity plays a huge part in any relationship,’ Rhi explained.

‘And that’s one thing that Jeff and I were really good at throughout the experiment.’

Jeff added: ‘It’s heavily reliant on who you get partnered with. On paper, some people look like great matches, but when it comes down to it, sometimes they’re not. In our case, we were a great match on paper and in real life.’

The couple revealed intimacy week was the moment they realised their spark was real, but things almost came undone after the infamous couples’ retreat – when the toxic drama and relentless feuds left them questioning whether to stay.

‘I remember saying to Jeff after the retreat, “I’m not sure if I can do this anymore”,’ Rhi admitted.

‘But I realised we were there for our relationship, not the drama and that’s why I stuck around.’
