Married At First Sight is RIDDLED with editing fails

Oh, not again! Married At First Sight reunion is RIDDLED with editing fails as cameramen are caught scrambling to capture the chaos

This year’s Married At First Sight has been plagued by a slew of awkward editing fails.

And the reunion episode on Sunday night was no exception, with eagle-eyed viewers spotting cameramen, cameras and sound guys lurking in the background.

The crew members, dressed in black, were seen scrambling to capture the action during several chaotic scenes at the dinner party.

Oh, not again! Married At First Sight’s reunion episode was riddled with yet more editing fails. Pictured several cameramen in the foreground scrambling to capture the chaos

Several cameramen were spotted running to film the explosive confrontation between Cyrell and Martha.

As Mike ushered in to restrain Cyrell from launching herself at Martha, two crew members were seen in the foreground taking up most of the shot.

Elsewhere, cameramen were seen awkwardly filming just inches away from Mick Gould, Mark Scrivens and Nic Jovanovic as they sat the table.

The current season of MAFS has been laden with explosive antics, including multiple ‘affairs, verbal abuse and full-blown physical assault.

Now in the wake of the scandalous on-screen antics, one insider has claimed the shocking 2019 social experiment will not be ‘repeated next year’.

Speaking to the NT News on Saturday one producer said the show’s bosses forbid another brazen series in 2020, claiming: ‘We’ve been told in no uncertain terms by those in charge that next season cannot be a repeat of what you’ve seen this year.’

‘The bosses have heard the complaints from viewers loud and clear,’ they added.

Just last month the experiment’s executive producer, John Walsh, echoed similar sentiments, admitting that he has regrets over how things played out.

Speaking to news.com.au in March, Walsh revealed that he wants ‘less cheating and drama’ when MAFS returns for season seven next year.

‘I wouldn’t like people to see a repeat of what they saw this year,’ he said. ‘It would just be absolute chaos if it was all cheating and all drama.

‘While it’s fun to watch and it’s great to promo, I don’t think people will watch if that’s all it is. We don’t actually like the cheating. It plays against the spirit of the experiment.’
