Married At First Sight’s Timothy Smith and Lucinda Light have called time on their relationship.
The tension was palpable as Lucinda laid bare the crux of their struggles during Sunday night’s commitment ceremony.
‘The steel gates went up pretty quickly. I felt pretty uncomfortable and I felt a bit unwelcome, there was a couple of incidents that happened that I felt really disappointed in,’ Lucinda confessed.
Timothy acknowledged his lacklustre effort, saying, ‘I didn’t go into homestay with the best attitude.’
His words echoed the distance growing between them, a chasm further widened by his actions, or lack thereof.

‘Tim’s never initiated a date, really, for me,’ she lamented, painting a picture of minimal effort garnished with just a hint of regret, like ‘minimum chips with a drizzling of gravy.’
