Married at First Sight bride Beck Zemek took to social media on Thursday to flaunt her amazing figure.
But the genetically blessed mother-of-one revealed the sad reality behind her trim physique.
In a touching message, the 31-year-old admitted that her weight loss was down to stress and skipping meals.
The recently engaged beauty also said in the Instagram post that since welcoming her daughter Immy two years ago she had not prioritised nutrition or herself.
She also added that a back injury had contributed to her stress.

Including a stunning selfie in the story, Beck can be seen looking svelte in fitness wear which consisted of a matching bra and leggings.
She captioned the post: ‘Since having Immy I’ve found it so hard to prioritise myself and my nutrition. Throw in my back injury, and I may look ”fit” yet it comes from the inside.
‘My current figure is made of being so busy I forget meals, and stress. Does it feel good? No. Is it sustainable? Absolutely not,’ she continued.
‘My goal is to be fit and healthy not lean and stressed. There’s a difference.’
She ended the message: ‘With less time on my back I’m excited to get the help I need,’ Beck said signing the post with a love heart emoji.

Earlier this month Beck and her partner Ben Michael made headlines after announcing their engagement.
The Perth-based A-list couple shared the romantic moment both their lives changed to social media.
In footage posted to Instagram, Ben is seen catching his ladylove off-guard during a stunning beachside sunset as he gets down on bended knee and pops the question, ring in hand.
Beck appears visibly shaken in the video while holding daughter Immy, and soon after bursts into tears.

The former reality star proved she’s a woman of few words when she captioned the joyous moment.
‘Was so shocked I couldn’t even get a yes out’, she wrote alongside a crying face and ring emoji, before adding, ‘31.03.24’ and the hashtag ‘engaged’.
Beck welcomed her first child with Ben in June 2022.
She rose to fame on MAFS where she was unsuccessfully paired with Jake Edwards.
Their union wasn’t to be after she infamously cheated on him with her ex-boyfriend during filming.
