Married At First Sight star Jessika Power reveals ‘abuse’ she received for racy bikini selfie

Married At First Sight star Jessika Power says she was ‘abused’ online after posting a racy bikini photo to promote her OnlyFans page

Jessika Power has a strong reputation for body positivity, but the OnlyFans star revealed on Tuesday she’s not immune to the hate comments she receives.

The Married At First Sight vixen, 30, re-uploaded an incredibly racy bikini pic to her Instagram, saying she previously took it down due to the ‘abuse’ she got over it.

Sitting on the edge of her bathtub in a tiny hot pink string bikini, the blonde beauty said she had to remind herself that it doesn’t matter what other people think.

‘Took this down because I got abused massively but now I’m uploading it again and I need to remind myself, I feel good in this photo,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘And I’m not uploading it for “attention” or any of the other negative shit but because I feel like myself in this photo.’

It comes after Jessika ‘ruined her self-confidence’ following her stint on MAFS when unflattering paparazzi photos made her feel terrible about her body.

Despite appearing confident in her own skin, the former reality television star told her Instagram followers ‘she hated’ the way she looked at the time.

In 2020, she shared an image of herself wearing a blue thong bikini as she frolicked on the beach with her ex-boyfriend and fellow MAFS star, Dan Webb, which was taken in February 2019.

‘In this moment I felt so gross and I was widely judged and criticised. It was a low point of mine for sure,’ she said of the backlash from trolls about her body.

She went on to say that at the time she had a poor diet and wasn’t exercising or doing much to help herself.

But Jessika added: ‘I think everyone should feel comfortable and beautiful no matter their “weight” or stretch marks or cellulite.’

She followed up with another photo of herself wearing a pink and peach two-piece, which was taken in September 2019.

Although the influencer said she ‘looked good’ in the image, she confessed it wasn’t how she truly felt.

‘I had ruined my self confidence, my eating habits and basically hurt myself emotionally to look how I “thought I should look,”‘ she said.

‘So hard to process what a few nasty words on Instagram can to do a person.’
