Olivia Frazer has taken to Instagram to reveal she has had a lucky escape that could have ended in tragedy.
The 29-year-old former Married at First Sight star said that she nearly burned down her flat after a pizza she left in a hot oven ‘caught fire’.
In a video posted to her stories on Friday, a shaken Olivia told fans she had an apartment full of smoke after her close call.
‘You guys I’ve just traumatised myself, I’ve traumatised my dogs, and I’ve probably traumatised my neighbours,’ she began.
‘Not that anyone came looking – noted,’ she added.

Continuing, Olivia then explained how she had ‘nearly just burnt the place down’.
She said that she had planned a ‘girl’s night in with her podcast partner model Lucy Bennett and ordered some pizza.
‘I thought I would keep keep it warm in the oven like I’ve done a thousand times before…the whole thing caught on fire.
‘So now I’ve got an apartment full of smoke…and smoke alarms going off like every two minutes…and my kitchen is flood [because] I splashed water everywhere to put out the f***ing fire.’

An exasperated Olive then revealed how she was mortified by her experience.
‘I’ve been cooking since I was like ten unsupervised and I’ve never caught anything on fire…what the f***!’ she said.
It comes after Olivia has once again slammed the ‘villain’ edit she was given on Married At First Sight after starring on the show in 2022.
The reality star took to Instagram to vent her frustrations with the Channel Nine experiment and its producers as her season airs in Sweden.
Olivia claimed she’s never told what country her season airs in, and she only finds out when she receives an influx of ‘hate’ messages on social media.
The blonde beauty from the Central Coast, who ‘wed’ groom Jackson Lonie on the show, was labelled public enemy No. 1 on Season 9 of MAFS after her feud with rival bride Domenica Calarco.
Meanwhile, Olivia, a former school teacher, launched a new media career last month with the podcast Living Loose with Liv & Lucy – with her pal Lucy Bennett.
