Former Married At First Sight groom Liam Cooper stunned his fans on Thursday by debuting a new look after getting botched fat injections in his face removed.
The reality star, 32, shared a gallery of before and after pictures to Instagram, which captured just how different his face appeared after the procedure.
In the before photos his face looked much rounder, while the after images captured a more slimmed-down visage.
‘As you can see (on the left) that was my before photo just as I was going in for surgery,’ he said.
‘I was very round in the face and had no definition or any facial features. I feel the side of my face stuck out a lot and gave me that round-looking face.

‘The photo on my right was taken today. My face is smaller and it has given me a jawline and more definition to the profile.’
He said he felt like a whole new person and thanked the hard-working medical professionals for their work.
‘I truly can’t thank my doctor enough for the amazing work he did. I now have my confidence back and am starting to feel and look like the old Liam again,’ he added.

In October, Liam revealed he deeply regretted getting fat injections in his face back in 2022.
In an emotional Instagram post, the 32-year-old said he’d been left with body image issues from the procedure, which he had done a year ago.
‘At the time I was told fat Injections are just like filler,’ he admitted.
‘Well let me tell you something, I hardly regret things in my life, but this is one that I HIGHLY regret. If I could turn back time, I would!
‘Because of this, I now have body image issues and at points hate what my face looks like now. I hate it that much, I hate looking at myself in photos.’
Liam made history on the eighth season of Married At First Sight as the show’s first ever bisexual groom.
