Married At First Sight villain Sam Ball recently stunned fans by debuting his new muscular frame and chiseled looks.

And the 29-year-old continued to turn heads on Sunday when he posted a photo of himself looking all jacked-up at the gym. 

Sam has certainly been making the most of his new workout regime – and it’s clear the results are paying off.

He recently posted a photo on social media of himself with a noticeably more toned physique, along with the caption ‘Stronger than yesterday’. 

His female fans were quick to comment, branding him ‘beautiful’ and and a ‘beast’. 

Ball, who famously broke Lizzie Sobinoff heart on the reality show in 2015, sported shagging hair and black cap in the snap.

‘I feel like I have found the perfect balance across all different styles of training at the moment from swimming to running, weights to endurance workouts making me feel strong, fit and healthy,’ he recently said of his transformation. 

Sam told his followers that he has been actively been going for 10km runs.

‘I love getting good workouts, some solid recovery along with lots of food… Good and bad,’ he said.

‘For anyone in lockdown try not to let the anxiety rise or boredom consume you ☺️Use this time to benefit yourself, whatever way that may be..’

He went on to encourage his followers to write a list of things they want or need to do the night before so when they wake up they have a plan.

‘Commit to a little project, focus on yourself and things you want to do that make you happy within your own company!’ he wrote.
