Taking to Instagram, the Married At First Sight star freely expressed her grief in a note to herself as she divulged the ‘hole’ she couldn’t escape.

‘Dear Self, I know it seems like such a hole right now. Living a nightmare you can’t escape. A level of fear you weren’t aware existed,’ she penned on social media.
Zoe, who welcomed Harper Rose into the world in November 2014, also documented her fears about not being able to give her daughter everything she wants.
In the wake of the break up, she further explained: ‘Worried if you can give this child the quality of life and opportunities she deserves.’

However, the mother-of-one didn’t let her break up woes defeat her as she vowed to find the strength within herself.
She added: ‘But YOU hold the key to this. If you lift your head up high, engage with the fighter within you, the woman within you, the woman you want your child to be proud of, then YOU can make a great life for yourself.
‘It’s just going to be different from before, that is all. YOU hold the key, nothing and no one else.’

Zoe likened the break up from the father of her child Alex Garner as the ‘next level of hell’ after they spent three years together.
The mother-of-one and her child have since moved out of the family home they shared with Alex.
Zoe and Alex fell in love on the set of Married At First Sight, with the pair being one of the show’s few success stories.
