A woman suing Steve Wynn claims he repeatedly propositioned her and pressured her to touch his genitals while she worked as a massage therapist at Wynn Resorts in 2011.
The woman, 49, is referred to as ‘Jane Doe’ in the lawsuit and started working for the company in 2005.
The new complaint was filed in Clark County District Court and alleges assault, battery, breach of contract, aiding and abetting from the board, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy, among other things, reported the Nevada Independent.
She is suing him for general and punitive damages of more than $50,000, in addition to attorneys fees and costs.
These allegations come after Wynn was accused in a Wall Street Journal article in January that he had sexually harassed dozens of people who worked at his hotel chain.

The gaming mogul, who owns a casino in Las Vegas, is accused of assault, battery, breach of contract, aiding and abetting from the board, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy, among other things
Wynn was married to his first wife Elaine at that time, and had two daughters (l to r: Roberto Cavalli, Elaine Wynn, Steve Wynn, Melania Trump, Eva Cavalli and Donald Trmp)
He was also accused in February of raping a woman who later gave birth to his daughter because she became pregnant in the assault.
She alleged she was sexually assaulted by Wynn some time in the 70s while living in Chicago.
When the original story came out earlier this year Wynn told the Independent: ‘the idea that I ever assaulted any woman is preposterous’.
In early February he stepped down as head of the Wynn resorts board.
Chomping at the bit: Wynn (above in 2014) has denied all the allegations being made against him
In the newest lawsuit, the woman alleges that starting in 2011 Wynn began ‘mentally and emotionally grooming’ her for his ‘true intentions’ during a series of massage appointments.
She said he wanted to leverage ‘his immense power to coerce (her) to perform sexual favors’.
The woman said the massages were routine and took place at his office at Wynn Resorts.
The office was locked and security guards with dogs stood outside, the lawsuit claims, and the woman said she was told the dogs were trained to attack on command.
Wynn ‘asked calculated questions of (her) to ensure he discovered any weaknesses he could exploit, such as he financial dependency on keeping her job,’ the lawsuit alleges.
At the time, the victim was going through a divorce and needed to keep her job because she was transitioning into single motherhood.
After he knew this, the complaint says he started exposing himself to her and would remove the towel covering his genitals during their massage appointments.
He also instructed her to massage his genitals, and she thought if she did not comply she would either be fired or physically harmed, according to the lawsuit.
Wynn then forced her to masturbate him about a dozen times over a year-long period, the lawsuit claims.
She also claims he asked for sex ‘innumerable’ times and made ‘countless’ comments about how she looked.
During massages she claims he would touch her legs and body and put her hands near her vagina.
The victim says she never had sex with him and constantly rejected his advances.
She said she told him she didn’t want to have sex with him, perform sex acts on him, or see him nude, the lawsuit claims.
After the sessions were over she said he would leave a ‘tip’ of $1,000 and tell her not to tell anyone what happened.

Over time, the woman said she eventually became afraid to go to work because of Wynn’s behavior and demands, and because of his actions was afraid of how her colleagues might treat her.
The lawsuit claims Wynn tried to keep her from seeking legal counsel or administrative remedies through means of intimidation or duress and by paying her.
The lawsuit also says the company and its board was aware of ‘Wynn’s proclivities of sexual assault and sexual harassment.’
She said they ‘chose to conceal such information,’ and didn’t warn her.
The woman said that through media reports and court filings in the past month she learned Wynn’s board and company were aware of the magnate’s ‘predatory behaviors’ and ‘assisted, encouraged, endorsed, acted in concert with and/or otherwise adopted the behavior as their own,’ according to the Independent.
The conduct she alleges is similar to what was reported by the Wall Street Journal in January, but her attorney, Democratic Assemblyman Justin Watkins, said he could not confirm if she was one of the women in that article.

In February, another woman who is not named, filed a lawsuit with the Las Vegas Police Department that claims his alleged sexual misconduct spanned multiple decades.
The woman said that in 1973 or 1974 Wynn raped her against a refrigerator and then took a call before kissing her and leaving the residence.
She claims she later gave birth to his daughter in a gas station bathroom.
In a statement released on Wednesday, a spokesperson for the billionaire said: ‘Mr. Wynn has never been supplied with these unsubstantiated accounts or the names of these accusers by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
‘It’s revolting that the media repeated such inflammatory claims from events that supposedly occurred four decades ago without the slightest bit of fact-checking or skepticism.
‘This is not journalism, it is the peddling of smut and it is atrociously unfair to Mr. Wynn, his family and friends.
‘Mr. Wynn is left to ask this simple question: When did we abandon such fundamental fairness, due process and decency?’
A second report was also filed with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department about that same time by a woman who claims she was fired from her job at one of Wynn’s casinos when she decided to end their sexual relationship.
That incident is not being investigated at this time due to the fact that the statue of limitations on any possible charges has expired in the case.
