Massive expansion in NSW’s QR code system even AFTER lockdown ends – with compulsory log ins at OFFICES, gyms and ALL shops: here’s what it means for you

  •  NSW government announced that QR code check-in system to be expanded 

The NSW government announced on Wednesday the state’s QR code check-in system would be massively expanded even after the current 14-day Sydney lockdown finishes. 

The Service NSW QR code system will be mandatory at all workplaces and retail businesses from Monday 12 July.

‘This is about keeping customers and staff safe and getting all businesses open again as soon as possible,’ Minister for Digital and Customer Service Victor Dominello said.

The Service NSW QR code check-in system will be expanded from July 12 (file image) 

‘We know the Delta variant of COVID-19 moves quickly and we must do everything we can to get it under control.’
