MasterChef Australia star offloads two Sydney homes in record time and scores a staggering $20million

Famed former MasterChef contestant Jimmy Seervai has scored a staggering  $20million after offloading two prime pieces of real estate on Sydney’s North Shore.

The two homes, on neighbouring blocks, are located in Mosman, 8kms from the CBD, which Servai, 44 and his wife Eloise bought in 2020 for $11.6million.

He sold off the first four bedroom pad for an eye watering $10.4million in February after it was listed for $9million.

Seervai put the second property – a five bedroom, two bathroom home – under the hammer for $9.4million after listing it for $8million.

The Mosman Daily reports that both homes were purchased way ahead of their scheduled auction dates last month.

Both were snapped up within days of each other with the two sales worth $19.4million.

The former reality star has DA approval for the combined sites, but only initially listed one property for sale.

Plans included the construction of a three storey home with a pool.

Seervai’s nutrition business has commenced work on a new factory in Nowra, 162kms from Sydney, and he reportedly wants to ‘stay close’ to his wife and family of four children.

Highlights include a living area that opens out to a large entertainment deck.

There’s also a large modern kitchen and a large backyard.

Seervai was eliminated from MasterChef back in 2010.

Despite having not going all the way on the cooking series, he went on to found Essence Group, which manufactures sports nutrition and supplements for supermarkets such as Woolworths and Aldi.

The house will go under the hammer on February 29.
