The listing price on Matt Lauer’s Sag Harbor, New York property has been reduced by more than $2million as of Tuesday.
The prestigious property belonging to the disgraced Today host and his estranged wife, Annette, is currently on the market for $12,750,000 – a generous $2,150,000 cut from the previous listing price of $14.9million, according to Zillow.
The colonial-style estate is located on illustrious Deerfield Road in the Long Island village.
The lavish home’s new price slash follows the disgraced news anchor’s sexual harassment scandal that resulted in his NBC termination in late November 2017.
Lauer, who has owned numerous other New York properties, was kicked out of one by furious wife Annette shortly after the bombshell sex assault accusations were made public.
Annette, who resides in the Hamptons with the pair’s children, also fled the area to her native Netherlands after.

Romualdez’s clientele includes fashion designers Tory Burch, Diane von Furstenberg and the New York Time’s architecture critic, Paul Goldberger, according to the Franklin Report.
Brandolini has been the go-to designer for sisters Pia Getty and Princess Marie Chantal of Greece whose collection of homewares is sold exclusively at Barney’s.

The once-beloved Lauer has been accused by multiple woman of inappropriate workplace behavior.
This includes him dropping his pants, exposing his penis, making lewd remarks to women and even gifting a sex toy to a colleague.
The sex scandal may have played a factor in Lauer’s longtime struggle to find a buyer. The estate has reportedly been on the market since mid-2016, according to Newsday.

Around the same time, Annette bought the adjoining 10.6-acre lot for a comparable $935,000, according to the report.
The listing agent, Susan Breitenbach, of Corcoran Group, could not be reached for further comment Tuesday evening.
The Sag Harbor home is one of many properties the former host has been linked to in the New York area.
Lauer’s 14,000-square-foot Hamptons home nearby the Sag Harbor property which includes 12 bedrooms and 12 baths was the spot he retreated to amid his sex scandal.
Lauer and his estranged wife also purchased an apartment in Lennox Hill for $5.882 back in 2004, according to Architectural Digest.
