The property was first valued at $65 million in 2013, but the price had been almost cut in half by the time Pretty Woman actor Richard Gere managed to sell it.

Gere acquired the house in a series of separate land deals between 2005 and 2008.

As the former couple move out, a market price bid would give Lauer an $8 million profit from the amount he paid Gere.

It is reported that Roque is planning to stay in the Hamptons with her children, while Lauer will now move into his own place.

Page Six reported that the divorce will give Roque $20 million in assets, and she will also keep the couple’s 40-acre $3.5 million Hamptons horse farm in Water Mill.

NBC viewers may have also noticed that Lauer wasn’t included in a Today show 25-year anniversary video on Thursday.
