The alleged friction in the Raiders locker room boiled over on the sideline as Maxx Crosby shoved an assistant coach during Sunday’s loss to the Steelers.
During the 32-13 defeat, Crosby was seen furiously shoving run game coordinator and linebackers coach Mike Caldwell as he walked off the field.
Caldwell appeared to console the defensive end as the team was getting steamrolled. In return, Crosby firmly planted his palms on the coach’s chest and pushed him away.
As fans flamed Crosby for his actions, he took to social media and claimed it was a ‘love push’ while praising Caldwell.
‘Mike Caldwell Is My Guy. One Of The Best People In The Business. Thats A Love Push, Stop Reaching,’ Crosby wrote. However, it did not stop fans from opposing his claims.

‘Trade Request incoming soon,’ one user suggested.
‘Unacceptable, trade him to the Chicago Bears,’ said another.
‘Not OK,’ a third wrote. ‘Like really, really not OK.’
The loss moved Las Vegas to a 2-4 record as they struggled early in the season.
Aside from the brewing and rumored tension going on with the team, head coach Antonio Pierce recently decided to promote Aidan O’Connell to be their starting quarterback. He benched the struggling Gardner Minshew in the process.
Furthermore, star receiver Davante Adams has been in the middle of trade rumors after the team reportedly named their trade demands for the wideout.
Pierce’s squad has now lost two straight games after falling to the Denver Broncos before Sunday. Their schedule does not get easier as they have the Rams, Chiefs, and Bengals on deck.
