Kaya, who is married to England star Phil Jones, opted for a black leather jacket along with a matching mini skirt.
The WAG also wore a pair of faux fur lined mules and styled her locks into an updo as she caught up with her pals.
The outing comes after Megan celebrated her 27th birthday last month with a trip to Disneyland Paris.
Megan looked radiant as she stood in front of the theme park’s Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant castle while donning a Disney print pink sweater, black leggings and classic Minnie Mouse ears.
Captioning her post from the French capital, she penned: ‘Turning 27 at Disney with my baby’s’ [sic].
The beauty then further documented her trip on her Instagram stories, where she filmed the stunning scenery inside the park, writing over her video: ‘Reliving your childhood through the eyes of your little one = pure magic.’
While Megan celebrated her actual big day in Disneyland on Wednesday, the celebrations continued throughout the week, with Megan receiving several gorgeous bouquets of flowers with her loved ones.
