According to the LA Times, The Hacksaw Ridge director sold the property for $2.73 million despite initially putting it on the market for $3.35 million.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was reportedly the home of his former partner Oksana Grigorieva, which he purchased in 2009 for $3.13 million.
