A real estate agent has released cheesy rap song called ‘Zold’ to advertise his million dollar business.

Zed Nasheet, 29, owns Zed Real Estate in Moorabbin, south of Melbourne, and claims to have sold 222 properties in the past 14 months.

The self-professed workaholic says he has used the profits to buy himself a $6million home, a Bentley and a Lamborghini.

But he has also released a toe-curling promotional rap song starring himself to further promote the business.

Zold’s music video shows Nasheet boarding a private jet and sipping champagne while belting out lyrics such as ‘fastest selling agent in the world’ and ‘all I give my clients is gold’.

Supercars line up on a runway while the plane lands and a group of real estate agents (Nasheet’s staff) exit the aircraft and start dancing on the runway.

The song, which largely features the phrase ‘how do you do it like that?’, was shot in one day and was produced by Nasheet himself.

When speaking with Daily Mail Australia, Nasheet said he takes pride in his bold approach to showing off his lifestyle.

‘I’m married to my job,’ he said.

‘I work seven days a week without a day off because it’s what I love, and I want to be the best.’

Nasheet says he has dealt with a lot of judgement in his career and claims his brazen approach to publicity has been met with negativity.

‘I’m the proudest Aussie – I love this country – but why is it that you can own a lot of cars in California and that’s OK, but the haters come out when you do it in Australia?

‘If you love cars why not have them? If you have the money, why not flaunt it?

‘I’ve made millions and the average property price for me now is $4 million, and I’m not scared of telling people.

‘Five minutes spent crying over what others think is five minutes wasted.’

But while Mr Nasheet’s flashy approach may not be to everyone’s taste his rags-to-riches story is irrefutably inspiring.

Arriving in Australia with his family at the age of 12 after fleeing the Taliban in war-torn Afghanistan, Nasheet described living in squalid conditions as a child.

‘I was born in to poverty,’ he shared, describing growing up in a one-bedroom place with one bathroom to share between 15 people.

‘I didn’t know what fruit was because I’d never seen it – I didn’t even know what a strawberry was.’

He said his achievements since his childhood is a constant source of inspiration.

‘Part of my goal was to own a car because we never had one growing up,’ he said.

‘My dad made a living washing dishes, and I want to make sure that doesn’t happen again, but I take my inspiration from him and from all my family here in Australia and  back in Afghanistan.

‘All I want to do is give back to the community.’

Mr Nasheet, who achieved an extremely low score of 28 in his final school exams, also said he aims to inspire the younger generation not to focus on study if they’re not interested.

‘Most people live in their fears, but I don’t care about that – there are so many haters in the world and you can’t please them, they’re unhappy people, so you need to make yourself happy.

‘I worked for eight or nine companies before I started my own brand, and they were all the same, “don’t tell anyone the secret to our success”, and why not? What’s wrong with people? I want to share my success with the world.’
