High profile businessman Nick Russian and his model wife Rozalia are set to put their gorgeous pad in Melbourne under the hammer.
The well known socialites have listed the amazing four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Richmond with a price guide of $3million to $3.3million.
Rozalia, 35, took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce that the couple and their young family are moving on after 10 years.
‘End of an era!’ she captioned the short clip which showed off the beautifully maintained period exterior of the home which was built in the 1870s.
‘Hope someone else enjoys and loves this house as we did. Moved in as a family of 3. Ten years later we moved out as a family of 7.
‘Time for someone else to create new memories,’ she added.
The couple are asking for expressions of interests for the dazzling property which covers two floors.
Located 5.6kms from the CBD, highlights include a delightful ‘Hawthorn brick’ façade.

Following his stint as a reality television star on Temptation island, Nick ran the popular nightclub Eve Bar, where he met a slew of celebrities before selling the venue in 2015.

The couple met over 10 years ago when she visited his nightclub Eve in Melbourne.
In 2016, Nick and his brother Daniel decided to close the venue, which had been a celebrity hotspot.
‘It was mixed emotions when it ended because every single morning on a Saturday, I would wake up with massive anxiety about the night ahead,’ Nick told Domain in 2021 about the club.
‘When I walked out there for the final time, it felt like an enormous relief to an extent. I also felt proud because we have achieved everything we possibly could.’
