‘I yelled ”get off me, what are you doing this is uncalled for” and he was just calling me a bitch,’ Laura told Seven News.

A witness to the attack also told the program, ‘it was like a horror scene, she was gushing everywhere’.

Despite the severe and violent nature of the crime, the accused was released on bail soon after his arrest.

He was charged with intentionally and recklessly causing injury, assault with a weapon and possessing a prohibited weapon soon after the incident.

Disturbing social media photos of Mr Hood show him wielding samurai swords, kitchen knives and machetes while wearing skeleton-styled gloves.

The late-night assault took place at the notorious Ambassador Apartment block on Frankston’s Nepean Highway.

The ex-motel found infamy when it became home to Melbourne’s cheapest apartment which sold in 2016 for just $89,000.

Further notability was achieved when the block become so dangerous local paramedics claimed they wouldn’t attend without a police escort.
