Mercedes E Class ‘damaged by disgruntled worker’ in Leeds

  • A Mercedes E Class was damaged in Leeds City Centre earlier this morning
  • The car was sprayed with abusive messages by a disgruntled employee

  • Although another commuter suggested the grafitti might be some a stunt

A disgruntled employee in West Yorkshire has appeared to quit their job by leaving a car covered in angry messages towards his boss in Leeds city centre.

The white Mercedes was seen spray painted with the words ‘worse boss ever’, ‘up yours I quit’ and ‘stick your job up your a***’.

Many commuters leaving Leeds Train Station spotted the car parked outside the nearby Queens Hotel this morning.

However, some commuters suggested the graffiti may be part of an advertising stunt

The car has also been spotted earlier on other streets across the centre, including Albion Street.

The owner of the vehicle has not been identified and it is not clear whether the car is part of some advertising campaign.

Michelle Bunyan, who walked past the car on her way to walk, said: ‘I think that’s either one sour employee and will look good on their CV and a smart move towards unemployment for life or a good advert similar to what Range Rover did a few months back. It definitely gave me and my colleagues a good giggle this morning.’

Another commuter, who asked not to be named, said: ‘I think this is a stunt as my friend also saw this car in Albion Street this morning.’
