Miami Dolphins star Xavien Howard is being sued for over $100,000 for allegedly making secret sex videos and ‘recklessly’ sharing them

Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is being sued for more than $100,000 for allegedly making secret sex videos and sharing them in ‘an intentional, outrageous, and reckless act.’

The 30-year-old is accused of taking photos and videos of sexual encounters with a former partner and then sending them to other women to make them ‘mad because (they) didn’t want to have sex with him.’

In the lawsuit, filed in May and seen by DailyMail.com, his behavior is described as going ‘beyond all boundaries of decency… (and) regarded as odious and utterly intolerable.’

The anonymous woman claims that last September she was contacted by someone who claimed to be have ‘several sexually explicit videos’, sent by Howard, which showed him ‘having sex with various women’.

Some of the ‘terribly devastating’ videos ‘directly identify’ the accuser and ‘depict hard core, full-on sexual intercourse’ with the NFL star. The videos were both recorded and disseminated ‘non-consensually’.

Then, in April of this year, she is said to have been contacted by a woman who sent her ‘several other sexually explicit photographs and videos of nude women’ – ‘recently’ sent by Howard, ‘again to make her mad because she would not have sex with him.’

The accuser was featured in one of the pictures, which was ‘both taken and disseminated without her knowledge or consent’ and came after Howard had been sent a cease and desist letter in October 2022.

‘As a result of the intentional acts,’ the lawsuit reads, the accuser ‘has and continues to suffer from mental pain, mental anguish, emotional pain, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, humiliation, damage to her reputation.’

It adds that Howard was ‘so reckless’, his ‘patterned’ behavior ‘constituted a conscious indifference or reckless disregard for the safety and rights’ of the woman.

The suit claims the 30-year-old ‘engaged in this behavior for the purpose of embarrassment, harassment and/or manipulation.’

Howard, from Houston, played college football at Baylor and was then drafted by the Dolphins in the second round of the 2016 NFL draft. 

Last year he agreed a new five-year contract, said to be worth an average of $17.86million per year.

Back in March, a woman who alleged that Howard knowingly gave her genital herpes dropped her lawsuit.

‘The anonymous accuser who sued my client for transmitting genital herpes has permanently dropped what we proved was a fabricated lawsuit,’ the player’s lawyer said at the time.

‘Xavien Howard never had genital herpes in the first place; the entire basis of her lawsuit was a literal impossibility. 

‘His accuser nevertheless lobbed out defamatory, absurd, and knowingly-false claims, as one of several (unsuccessful) attempts to extort money from him. 

‘Xavien is considering various legal action against this fabricator and hopes that those who ratified her made-up claims by reporting on them will also report Xavien’s exoneration.’
