The cricketing couple, who wed in May 2012, announced on Wednesday that they had parted ways in a divorce estimated to be worth $40million.

Michael and Kyly are believed to have separated at least five months before announcing the end of their marriage.

Doting dad Michael shared a black-and-white beach photo with the couples’ four-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee on Monday, and a video pushing the happy little girl on a park swing.

He wrote ‘right beside you’, with the hashtags ‘love’, ‘family’ and ‘myangel’.

While the post wasn’t ‘liked’ by estranged wife Kyly, she left a positive comment with the praise-hand emoji.

An hour before the official announcement was made on Wednesday, Kyly shared a photo with Kelsey Lee with the hashtags ‘life journey’, ‘good times’, and ‘happiness’.

Earlier in the day she continued to hold up the pair’s facade by heading to the gym with a replacement wedding band in place of her diamond sparkler.

The former cricket WAG appeared to be wearing a black band on her wedding finger, which she is known to wear instead of her wedding ring when working out.

Kyly has continued to wear her wedding ring and pose for happy family photos in an effort to keep up appearances over the past few months.

As recently as three days ago, she flaunted the sparkler in a photoshoot shared to her Instagram page.

The Clarkes have already agreed terms on their divorce – as well as arrangements to co-parent their daughter.

‘After living apart for some time, we have made the difficult decision to separate as a couple amicably,’ the statement issued to The Australian’s Media Diary read.

‘With the greatest of respect for each other, we’ve come to the mutual conclusion that this is the best course for us to take while committed to the co-parenting of our daughter.’

The announcement has shocked the nation after Kyly told the Daily Mail Australia in January 2019: ‘We’re not, never were and never will be splitting.’

Just eight months later Michael reportedly moved out of their $12million home.

Michael has reportedly moved into his $8million investment property on Bondi’s beachfront, which he briefly put on the market last year.

But he still trains at the same Rose Bay gym as Kyly and picks up his daughter to take her to preschool.

Kyly will continue to live with Kelsey in Vaucluse, the publication reports.

The newspaper also reported that neither has a new partner.
