Michael Hutchence doco reveals CHILLING final words 

Michael Hutchence’s final words have been revealed.

Described by his close friend Nick Egan as ‘almost a suicide note,’ the chilling lyrics are believed to be an indictment of fame and appear to make allusions to self-harm.

According to Yahoo, they begin: ‘Wouldn’t be right to take it / Wouldn’t be right laying down.’

‘Sick of the dogs outside my window / That’s right take a look / New plan with a hook / Stuck into me,’ they continue.

‘All the bitterness has started showing / Five years no one hears.’

The newly released lines are from the same set of lyrics from the seen in an early trailer for his upcoming tell-all documentary ‘Michael Hutchence: The Last Rockstar.

He reportedly sang the foreboding prose into a handheld dictaphone, with the recording to be played in the second part of the documentary. 

They’re believed to conclude the song – the final words the rock icon penned on the night of his death.

They were found on a yellow, lined notepad, on the bedside table of room 524 in the Ritz Carlton, Double Bay NSW on 22 November 1997.

Hutchence was found dead in that room, with the cause later reported by the NSW Coroner as a suicide.

According to Yahoo, his close friend Nick Egan, a well-respected visual design artist, described the musings as ‘almost a suicide note.’

The documentary features never-before-seen personal videos shot by Hutchence, many including footage of his newborn daughter Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily.

Michael Hutchence: The Last Rockstar, will air over two nights on the Seven Network on Monday October 16 and Tuesday October 17 at 7.30pm (AEDT)
