When the deputy approached the vehicle, he discovered the front seat passenger, an 18-year-old woman from Lawrence, Michigan, had been eating something.
Upon further inspection, the passenger opened her mouth and chewed marijuana fell out.
The driver, from Watervliet, Michigan, was questioned about whether he used and the boy admitted that he was under the influence of marijuana.

The 40-year-old man was cited for failing to yield and then taken to Bronson Lakeview to treat his injuries.
A Hartford family had been in the vehicle that was rear ended but they were all treated at the scene and released.
