ROMANCE WITH MILLIE

Millie and Jake met on Instagram and became friends through the platform, before their romance was sparked.

Answering the internet’s most searched questions about her, she said: ‘We met on Instagram. And we were friends for a bit, and then, what can I say?’

She introduced Jake to her 62.7M followers in June 2021 with a cute photo of him posted to Instagram, but it wasn’t until she posted a picture of him planting a kiss on her cheek that they were ‘Instagram official.’

Millie called Jake her ‘partner for life’, in a gushing post where she shared a series of pictures of the couple back in January 2023.

Jake doesn’t post as often as Millie but when he does it’s often loved-up snaps with Millie, selfies or arty shots as he travels the world.

FAMOUS FATHER

Jake previously said he has no plans to follow in his father’s rock ‘n’ roll footsteps.

Jon is the founder and frontman of the rock band Bon Jovi, which was formed in 1983. He has released 15 studio albums with his band as well as two solo albums.

Jake is intent on continuing to carve out a career as an actor,.

When asked if he fancied a career in music in an interview with Man About Town magazine.: ‘I think I’ll leave that to my dad! There’s really no following the act there.’

He shared: ‘There was always music playing in the house growing up, all different types of genres from all different types of worlds. But what spoke to me were the people on the screen, not the voices through the speakers.’

However, Jake said his father’s experience in the industry has been hugely beneficial to him.

He said: ‘Having my father’s influence has been a wonderful learning curve. It’s just great to hear it directly from a first-person source, their experience coming up through artistic expression.’

Jake reflected: ‘As long as you can have your identity – who you are and what you originally set out to do – and keep that strong, that’s the goal.’

Jon shares Jake, daughter Stephanie, 28, and sons Jesse, 25, and Romeo, 16, with wife Dorothea Hurley, 59.

He met Dorothea in 1980 while attending high school in New Jersey before later starting a family.

CAREER

Jake is an up-and-coming actor.

Back in February has landed his second major acting role as a rock band singer in the upcoming comedy film titled Rockbottom.

Jake will be acting in his second main cast role after previously starring in the 2019 film Sweethearts.

According to an exclusive report by Variety, the doppelgänger of his father will be starring in the hair comedy alongside McKaley Miller, Teala Dunn, and 13 Reasons Why’s Tom Everett Scott.

The synopsis reveals the story follows as a group of Gen-Z musicians attempt to reunite a 1980s hair metal band named CougarSnake.

Jake will play the potential new lead singer – who must overcome stage fright to lead the band back to glory.
