Millie Mackintosh flaunted her jaw-dropping figure as she soaked up the sun during a ‘heavenly’ family getaway to the Maldives on Wednesday.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, who was joined on the trip by hunky husband Hugo Taylor, 38, and daughters Sienna, four, and two-year-old Aurelia, stunned in a skimpy blue bikini as she posed for a mirrored selfie in snaps shared to Instagram.

Millie showcased her incredibly toned abs and bronzed physique in the tiny two piece which she teamed with a matching oversized linen shirt.

The beach babe toted her essentials in a straw bag and headed out to the sun beneath a huge wide brimmed hat.

Millie later slipped into a chic summer dress as she and the family enjoyed a lavish dinner and strolled along the sand.

She captioned the post: ‘Back in our happy place. The Maldives feels even more special with the girls another year older. Grateful for these precious family moments, and the memories we’re making together. Our little slice of heaven’.

Last month Millie flashed her abs in a black Alo gym wear set as she shared makeup free Instagram snaps following a ‘fasting’ trip in Germany.

The stunner revealed she recently returned from a solo break away at a clinic to ‘heal her cystic acne, stress and bloating’.

Mother-of-two Millie declared she has been struggling with severe bloating ‘to the point she looks pregnant’.

To fix her symptoms, Millie said she went to Buchinger Wilhelmi to try and ‘improve her gut health’.

Buchinger Wilhelmi clinics are the world’s largest clinical centres for research on therapeutic fasting.

Fasting is the act of refraining from eating, and sometimes drinking.

She wrote: ‘I’ve just come back from a therapeutic fasting clinic in Germany — something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now.

‘It’s been about six years since my last fast (definitely pre-Sienna!) and I try to carve out time each year during the spring to do something that’s just for me.

‘Lately I’ve become really interested in gut health and finding ways to support my body in the most balanced and optimal way.

‘Last year I was struggling with cystic acne, which I know was triggered by stress, and more recently I’ve noticed bloating to the point I look pregnant.

‘I’d heard such brilliant things about therapeutic fasting, particularly for gut health, skin, mental health and overall wellbeing — so I booked in and went with an open mind.

‘@buchingerwilhelmi your schedule is tailored to you personally, and I can honestly say it’s been transformative.

‘Alongside helping with my digestion and calming my skin, it’s also massively helped with some back pain I’ve been dealing with since pregnancy.

‘I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with my body. If you’re curious about fasting or looking to reset both physically and mentally, I can’t recommend it enough!’

It comes after Millie admitted she ‘barely recognises the person she used to be’ as she shared a ‘drunken’ throwback snap in a candid Instagram post.

She went sober more than two years ago following the realisation that she had become an ‘angry’ drunk.

As a MIC original, Millie’s early scenes on the show often revolved around partying and drinking leading to flare-ups with fellow cast members which she has since claimed got in the way of her relationships.

Continuing to raise awareness of sobriety and how much her life has changed for the good since going alcohol free, Millie wrote: ‘Now vs. Then.

‘Looking back ten years, I barely recognise the person I used to be—drinking heavily, always hungover, and completely lost.

‘I was stuck in a cycle of self-medicating, not realising that the change I so badly needed was waiting for me on the other side of discomfort.

‘Choosing an alcohol-free life has been the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s the ultimate life hack—realising that I have the power to say no.

‘Not because I have to, but because I get to. Sobriety isn’t a sacrifice; it’s a privilege, a gift I’ve given to myself, and one I’ll never take for granted.

‘The journey from bad drunk to alcohol-free has been the most transformative thing I’ve ever done. And hearing from so many of you who are on this path too means so much.

‘Your messages about my book and your own experiences remind me why this conversation is so important.

‘If you’re navigating this too, know that you’re not alone—we’re in this together. How are you feeling about your own journey right now? Let’s chat. ✨’

Millie decided to go and see a sober coach, who helped her and has now steered clear of booze for more than two years.
