An American personal trainer known for working with supermodels has shared the glute workout she does with Aussie-born Miranda Kerr to keep her legs toned and slim.

Megan Roup, who owns The Sculpt Society in California, posted a video to her Instagram on Wednesday with a video alongside the 39-year-old mum-of-three to share her training regime.

‘I always love working out with Miranda. She’s so consistent with integrating movement into her day to day and knows the power of a quickie to work around her busy schedule,’ Megan said.

To start with Miranda does 24 straight leg lifts on one leg, followed by 24 fire hydrant kick backs, then 24 leg circles and 24 straight pulses. Once she’s completed this on her right leg, she does the same routine on her left leg.

Miranda, who owns skincare company Kora Organics, is a firm believer in Pilates and light-weight exercises to keep her limbs long and lean.

Usually based in California with her husband, Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel, Miranda was spotted in Sydney earlier this year at The Iconic’s beauty and wellness event.

She wore natural-looking makeup, accentuating her eyes with lashings of mascara and adding a pop of colour to her lips with apricot lipstick.

In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar Australia, Miranda spoke about launching her beauty brand in 2009, before finally deciding to devote more time to it.

‘I worked crazy hours and at the same time, travelled around the world for the needs of modelling,’ she explained.

‘At one point, my husband told me, “I do not know why you spend so many hours building other people’s brands, you should dedicate your time and energy to your own brand,” so I decided to give priority to my own company, and launch it internationally.’
