A self-proclaimed ‘blonde bombshell socialite’ and Instagram model has been arrested after she allegedly beat-up the father of her child in an early-morning New York street corner bust-up last Wednesday.
Kina Tavary, 30, who has an Instagram following of nearly 200,000, is now facing misdemeanor assault charges after she reportedly repeatedly punched her boyfriend Freddy Figueroa at 2am, on June 14.
Figueroa, also known by his DJ name ‘Freddy Figs’, was left with ‘bruising, swelling, bleeding and substantial pain’ as a result of the scuffle, police documents claim.
The model was arrested less than 30 minutes after the fight broke out on the corner of Madison Avenue and East 29th Street.

Tavary, who is known online as Kina Tavarozi, was later charged with assault, aggravated harassment and harassment.
She appeared in court last week where the charges were officially brought against her and she was later released on her own recognizance.
The mother-of-one describes herself in her Twitter bio as a ‘blonde-bombshell with a Brain’ and a ‘Las Vegas Socialite,’ makeup artist and model.
She shares her child, a seven-month-old boy named Koa, with Figueroa. The Las Vegas-based couple had been vacationing in New York when the apparent exchange occurred.

Just last month, Figueroa offered a heart-warming tribute to Tavary in an Instagram post on Mother’s Day.
‘Thank you for each and every single day and all the sacrifices you’ve made to raise our lil king @koakingston!’ the post read. ‘You have truly been the best Mother to our son and I’m soo happy we got to spend your special day with you and our lil one.’
Tavary’s attorney, Earl Ward, has protested her innocence and branded the accusations as completely false.
Ward added that an order of protection barring the pair from communicating was also issued by the court, despite the fact that neither of the couple wanted the motion.

‘The allegations don’t even make out an assault. I expect that this case is not going to go very far,’ Ward told the New York Post. ‘Justice is always slow but in the end I think this case is going to be dismissed.’
The circumstances leading up to or the motives behind the alleged assault have not yet been revealed.
Tavary will re-appear in court on July 25.
