A model who says she was sexually harassed by Guess executive Paul Marciano – and later raped by Mohamed Hadid – has reported the chain of events to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Miranda Vee, 23, was accompanied by lawyer Lisa Bloom when she spoke with investigators over the chain of events leading to the alleged sexual assault, according to Page Six Tuesday.
‘She filed a police report alleging sexual assault against both Paul Marciano and Mohamed Hadid,’ Bloom told the newspaper. ‘We went to the LAPD headquarters in downtown Los Angeles.

Bloom said that the she and Vee ‘sat with two detectives for about two hours’ and that Vee ‘answered all of their questions.’
Law enforcement officials ‘asked us not to speak with the press about any of the allegations nor the details,’ Bloom told the publication.
Vee said on Instagram February 1 that she initially crossed paths with Marciano several years ago, in seeking opportunities with Guess, the label he co-founded.
Vee said that Marciano sexually harassed her – echoing recent claims by supermodel Kate Upton – then he passed ‘me on to his friend,’ the 69-year-old architect Hadid, who she claims date raped her. Mohamed Hadid has strenuously denied allegations, at one point characterizing Vee as an ‘extortionist.’
He said that he met Vee several years ago because she claimed to be a fan, but at no point did anything inappropriate happen.
The claims: Miranda Vee in her Instagram post said that she met fashion designer Paul Marciano at his Guess headquarters where ‘ he sexually harassed me’ and then passed her on to ‘his friend Mohammed Hadid’ – both men strongly deny sexual harassment allegations
Denial: Mohamed Hadid, seen in China last year, has described the allegations against him as totally untrue
Famous: Hadid was snapped with daughters Gigi and Bella November 30, 2016 in Paris, France
‘When we met it was not a date and not once did I touch her,’ he was quoted by TMZ as saying. Hadid, who has been engaged to Shiva Safai since 2014, described Vee’s claims – made in a lengthy Instagram post – as ‘totally untrue’.
Hadid said that if she wanted to make such serious accusations against him she should have gone to the police instead of using social media. He added he’s talked with his attorney with the intention of filing a defamation suit against Vee.
In her Instagram post, Vee said that she met fashion designer Paul Marciano at his Guess headquarters where ‘he sexually harassed [her].’

Marciano – like Hadid – has strongly denied all allegations of sexual impropriety.
Vee accused Marciano of ‘passing me on to his friend Mohammed [Hadid] who was going to meet me for ‘coffee.
‘I thought it was a professional meeting but It was just me, him & champagne where he date raped me in an apartment. All to get a test shoot for Guess.’

Shooting back: Hadid, who has been engaged to Shiva Safai (above) since 2014, described Vee’s claims as ‘totally untrue’
Trigger: Kate Upton (L) publicly accused Guess co-founder Paul Marciano (R) of sexually harassing women in the fashion industry in a series of social media posts last month
She said that when she tried to speak out about the incident last year ‘they found out & made me sign a non-disclosure agreement.’
She asked, ‘Why should we have to stay quiet because they have the power?’
Upton spoke up on the issue January 31, writing, ‘It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director,’ she said tweet using the ‘MeToo’ hashtag.
‘He shouldn’t be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women.’
The ‘MeToo’ hashtag has been used throughout the internet to highlight allegations of rape, sexual assault and harassment in the wake of the exposure of fallen film producer Harvey Weinstein, who has denied a string of sexual misconduct claims.
Answering back: Paul Marciano, snapped in 2016 in LA, has also strongly denied sexual misconduct claims, urging Kate Upton to go to the police or take him to court
Marciano has said that he is so confident that Upton’s allegations are untrue he has urged her to take him to court to set the record straight. He told TMZ that he cannot figure out what she claims to have against him, and that he won’t apologize because he’s done nothing wrong.
Marciano insisted he had never touched Upton, and has never even been alone with her. He said: ‘If she has a claim, there’s one place to tell the truth and that’s in court or to the police.’
