Australian model Emily Sears looked nothing short of sensational as she graced the cover of Maxim Australia for the magazine’s May issue.
The 36-year-old, who has always denied rumours she enjoyed a fling with late cricketer Shane Warne, flaunted her assets in slinky red lingerie by Honey Birdette.
In the accompanying interview, Emily spoke about her friendly bond with the sporting legend following his tragic death on March 4 aged just 52.

‘I feel very fortunate to have got to know Shane,’ she said. ‘He was as down to earth, fun, kind and as genuine as it gets. He loved life and his family. He’s gone far too soon.
‘Last time we spoke we were planning to catch up when I was next in Melbourne, so it’s very sad to be here now and he’s not. But I do feel very blessed to have met him at all.’
While rumours ran rife that the pair were romantically involved in the past, Emily has always denied the claims – and did so again during the interview.

‘Our relationship wasn’t romantic. We were just mates!’ she said.
In the Maxim cover shoot, Emily is seen gazing seductively at the camera while her curly hair cascades down her shoulders.
Another photo sees her posing wearing lime green linger and stockings, while a third shows her lazing on a chair while her ample cleavage takes centre stage.
It comes after Emily penned a heartbreaking message in honour of her pal Shane, shortly after learning of his death.

‘In shock waking up to this devastating news @ShaneWarne you were a great mate and an Aussie Legend… I don’t have words right now… my heart goes out to his family and loved ones at this difficult time. RIP Shane,’ she wrote.
She also shared a string of photos of the pair, as well as a text message exchange between her and Shane.
One message from Shane read: ‘Glad you’re all cool. I’m great and crushing it haha! You headed this way at all?’
‘Yeah at some point! Hopefully in the next few months I wanna came when it’s still warm,’ she responded, to which Shane replied: ‘Yay! Make sure you hit me up when you get here! Be safe.’

It’s not known when the text exchange took place.
In another photo, Shane was joined by a bevvy of ladies on a night out alongside Emily and his I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! co-star DJ Havana Brown.
Emily was previously linked to Shane in March 2017, when the two attended a Hollywood party together.
The two then prompted rumours even further when he hinted on Twitter that the pair shared an evening in a hotel room together.
However, the following year, the Australian glamour slammed the suggestion of a fling with the beloved fast bowler.

Taking to her Instagram in December 2018 the blonde revealed all during a Q&A with fans.
When she was asked if she was ‘interested in cricket’ and who her favourite cricketer was, she said she was sick of being asked about the sport.
‘I usually ignore the 55,000 cricket questions I get every time I do this but I’ve got the time tonight,’ Emily said.
‘Crazy how a couple of photos can make the entire world assume s**t for literally years to come. Boring!’

One troll then probed: ‘People probably ask cricket stuff cos (sic) you slept with Warnie?’
It was then when Emily, furiously wrote back: ‘No I didn’t but ok. Grow up.’
When fans asked more cricket questions, a fed up Emily ranted: ‘I swear y’all it never ends.’
‘If any of you ever wonder why I get so fed up lol (sic) you have no idea how frustrating this can get,’ she wrote.

Shane was previously married to Simone Callahan – the mother of his three children, Brooke, Summer and Jackson – between 1995 and 2005.
The ex-bowler also enjoyed a short stint dating and popping the question to British actress Elizabeth Hurley between 2010 and 2013,.
His personal life was constantly reported about in the tabloids and was often one of the most high-profile celebrities to join Tinder and A-List dating app Raya.
Cricket legend Shane was found unresponsive in his villa in Thailand at around 5.15pm on Friday, March 4, and was later pronounced dead aged 52.
An autopsy showed the sports star died of natural causes, with a suspected heart attack believed to be the cause of death.
He was farewelled in a state memorial service at Melbourne Cricket Ground on March 30, with a private funeral for just his family and loved ones.
