‘I make a protein smoothie using 1 x scoop of Prana rich chocolate protein powder, 1 x frozen banana, 1 x cup of frozen blueberries, a heap of crushed ice, and water,’ she said.

Describing herself as a ‘grazer’, she typically enjoys fruit, raw veggies, veggie sticks and hummus or another protein smoothie for lunch before treating herself to a snack (a protein bar or fruit) and a coffee for a mid-afternoon snack.
