Model trolled for tiny baby bump while pregnant shows off flat stomach ONE WEEK after giving birth

A model who was trolled for her ‘tiny’ baby bump during her pregnancy has showed off her incredible weightloss just one week after giving birth.

Belle Lucia, 24, originally from Australia but now living in London, welcomed her son, who weighed just over 7lbs, earlier this month.

Yesterday the bikini-clad stunner shared a clip to Instagram showing off her bump at 40 weeks and her impressively flat stomach at one week postpartum.

Belle shared a longer video showing her week-by-week transformation from 15 weeks pregnant on her YouTube channel, and admitted her waters broke ‘literally after filming’.

The shorter clip, shared to Instagram yesterday, has already notched up 133,586 views and dozens of comments.

One fan wrote: ‘Bravo! You look fabulous. I only had a belly and bounced right back too. I miss the newborn stage so much!’

Another quipped: ‘Omg looks like nothing even happens (sic),’ while one asked: ‘What’d you do to not have any stretch marks?’

But not all of the comments were positive, with some fans expressing concern about her losing weight so quickly after giving birth.

One commented: ‘It’s cause your in the public eye stressful. A new mom shouldn’t have to be focused on losing baby weight so quickly. I feel bad for you but may you have an unbelievably close relationship with your baby (sic).’

Belle stirred up a lot of confusion among her 1.4 million Instagram followers when she announced her pregnancy in April because there was ‘barely any bump’ until her third trimester.

In her first post since becoming a mother, Belle described giving birth as the ‘best experience of my life’ and admitted she ‘can’t wait to do it again’.

‘We are so completely in love with our perfectly healthy new addition, the most perfect baby ever,’ she wrote.

She thanked her ‘amazing partner’ – who is 10 years her senior and British-born – and the midwives who helped her experience a natural water birth.

Belle’s mother, who was in Australia up until her waters broke at 41 weeks, made it just in time to film the entire experience, which will likely be turned into a YouTube video on Belle’s channel at a later date.

‘I’d give birth everyday if I could,’ Belle quipped in the comments under her photo.

A week before Belle went into labour she conducted a ‘Q&A’ style Instagram Story series to answer everyone’s burning questions about her baby-to-be.

In that time she expressed a desire to keep the exact date of her child’s birth a secret, as well as their gender and name.

However she did say she was excited to have a baby born with a Libra star sign because her birthday is on October 13.

Many of her followers were startled by her desire for secrecy given she has heavily documented her pregnancy on social media – and responded to plenty of negativity regarding the size of her bump.

‘You’re not Kim Kardashian… and even she shared the names of her four babies,’ one person replied in protest.

‘I can understand a celebrity hiding their child’s name but you’re not in Hollywood,’ said another.

But Belle said the idea of 1.4 million people knowing her child’s name and identity made her ‘uncomfortable’ and she wanted to keep their lives out of the spotlight.

‘Despite receiving a lot of hate throughout my pregnancy I’ve absolutely loved documenting my journey,’ she said in a later post.

‘Each pregnancy is so unique and you can only go off yours alone.’

Belle and her partner, who also isn’t tagged or named on her social media accounts, were very excited to become first-time parents this year.

She was still able to model non-maternity clothes right up until she was six months pregnant, but assured her fans that her smaller bump was ‘normal’.

The half-Portuguese and half-Dutch model will still share photos of her new son as he grows, despite avoiding all kinds of personal information.
