Mom goes viral with post about former partner’s ex

A mother has penned an inspiring post explaining that her former partner’s ex-girlfriend will always be a part of her and her daughter’s lives despite her split from the little girl’s father.

Audrey Loving and her ex-boyfriend Corey share a daughter named Riley, and while they continue to raise their little girl together, the mom from Newport News, Virginia, happily welcomed his girlfriend Whitney McGraw into her family.

However, less than a year after Audrey found online fame with a touching Facebook post praising Whitney, she has sadly reported that Riley’s biological father is no longer in a relationship with the woman she and her daughter adore.

While sharing a sweet photo of Whitney and Riley posed with their heads touching, Audrey explained  that she cried when she saw the image because the picture means ‘everything’ to her.

‘Unfortunately Riley’s biological father isn’t with this awesome woman I bragged about and went viral over,’ she wrote, adding: ‘But she will always be a part of Riley’s life.’

Audrey went on to say that she will always be protective of Whitney, whether or not she is with Corey.

‘I love this girl and whoever dares messes with her feelings is in big trouble because you have to go through me,’ she wrote. ‘I will always have a weak spot in my heart for Whitney, She is my family… I repeat you mess with her you mess with me.’

Last November, Audrey showed her gratitude for Whitney in a heartwarming post that eventually went viral as people praised them for their unique relationship.

‘I am super thankful for [Whitney] because when [Riley] visits her dad she feeds her, takes care of her, buys her gifts, and basically takes care of her like her own,’ she had written.

‘Why do all these moms act so spiteful and jealous towards the other women? ‘No one said it was easy trying to be a mother to a kid you didn’t have.’

Audrey warned other women in similar situations to be grateful and avoid pushing their exes’ new partners away because ‘they don’t need the drama and they will leave’.

‘A kid can have two moms because in my eyes,’ she explained. ‘The more people that love her, I’m happy! I would never make her feel like an outsider I’m extremely thankful for this girl,’ she added.

‘Ladies grow up and focus on being a good mom not worrying about what’s on your baby daddy’s girlfriend’s Facebook and Instagram while your kid is right next [to] you. Love more hate less!’

The post has been shared more than 200,000 times since it was posted, and although Whitney and Corey are no longer together, Whitney’s message remains the same.

In her most recent post about Whitney, Audrey stressed that she still hopes that other women can learn from them.

‘You can makes those complicated relationships with the other spouse happen,’ she wrote. ‘So for those of you that asked: “So what happens if they break up?” Your answer: “Nothing changes.”

‘We did it and we will still continue even though my child’s father isn’t with her anymore. She is still and always apart of her life so it’s worth it,’ Audrey continued.

‘Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do for my daughter (your daughter as well). Riley and I love you Whit forever and always.’
