Moscow boy breaks bones after flung from bouncy castle

A young boy was left with broken bones after being flung at least 20 feet into the air from a bouncy castle, before crashing onto the concrete floor in a shocking accident.

A video of the incident, which took place in the Krasnaya Presnya city park of Russian capital Moscow, shows a large bouncy castle-like structure with no walls, suddenly puff up and a small figure is launched high into the air.

He slams onto the hard floor well away from the orange inflatable, surrounded by passersby, before a man comes to his aid.

 

Witnesses said the young boy flew at least 20 feet into the air before hurtling to the concrete floor which left him with broken bones

The boy was rushed to hospital where he was diagnosed with fractures to both of his forearms according to reports by Russian media

The incident took place in the Krasnaya Presnya city park of Russian capital Moscow.  

According to Russian media the boy was thrown off by a man jumping on the inflatable near him.

The boy was said to be aged eight in some reports and six in others.

He was taken to hospital and treated for fractures in both of his forearms.

His parents said they did not blame the operators of the inflatable toy for the accident and admitted they had left their son to amuse himself at the park.

A man named only as Vitaly, who was acting as a spokesman for the unidentified firm running the inflatable, said: “This is a terrible accident. 

“We are in touch with his family and his life is out of danger. This is the most important thing. 

“An incident like this could happen once in 100 years.”

Police said they are investigating the case.
