Mother is left with saggy boobs like ‘cow udders’ after botched surgery

A woman who refused to have sex with her husband without wearing a bra is proudly showing off her perky new breasts after doctors fixed her disastrous ‘mommy makeover’ that left her with massive implants that grazed her stomach.

Michelle, a mother-of-two from Modesto, California, sought the help of Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif on Monday night’s episode of the E! reality series Botched after living with her sagging breasts for ten years.

‘My boobs look like cow udders. My boobs hang to my belly button. My right boob is saggy and my left boob is droopy,’ she explained in her testimonial. ‘My boobs are dragging me down, literally, like, they pull at me.’

Michelle grew up in a small town in Oregon and moved to California on her 21st birthday to start a new life. It was in California that she met her husband, Brian, and they had their first daughter, Corrine.

‘I went from 120 pounds to 220 pounds, and then I found out I was pregnant with my second child, Kara,’ she recalled. ‘After I gave birth to Kara, my boobs were just so saggy. I wasn’t used to my body looking like that.’

In 2008, she met with three doctors about having a breast augmentation, and one of them agreed to give her implants — unfortunately, they were much bigger than the large C cup or small D cup that she had asked for.

‘I thought we were on the same page, but I woke up and I have these ginormous boobs,’ she said. ‘I didn’t ask for this.’

Michelle said she got ‘really depressed’ after the surgery and gained 120 pounds, leading her to have gastric bypass in 2015.

After going home following the procedure, she returned to the hospital because she wasn’t feeling good and learned she was leaking fluid inside her intestines.

‘They rushed me into emergency surgery. I was in the hospital for four months. I almost died,’ she said. ‘That was really hard on our family.’

Michelle eventually recovered and ended up losing 100 pounds, which left her with nothing but loose skin on her breasts.

‘Brian and I, we are not intimate without me wearing a bra,’ she admitted. ‘I want to be able to put on a lingerie outfit and be able to have sex with him without wearing a bra.’

Nightmare: The surgeon ended up giving her much larger implants than she had asked for, and she put on 120 pounds after the procedure because she was so depressed

The mom was understandably nervous about meeting the doctors and potentially going under the knife again, but she was ready to have her breasts fixed once and for all.

Dr. Dubrow was shocked when she told them that she had asked for a large C cup or a small D cup and was given 750cc implants.

‘I mean, that’s almost the max,’ he said. ‘They put in much larger implants than you expected.’

Michelle said she was ‘completely unhappy’ and ‘started gaining weight and got really depressed,’ which led to the weight loss surgery that nearly cost her her life after she went ‘septic.’

‘I almost died,’ she told the doctors. ‘I’m all healed now.’

Although she was so ashamed of her breasts that she refused to make love to her husband without wearing a bra, they proudly revealed they actually have a very active sex life.

The couple told the doctors that they took part in a 365-day challenge and had sex every day for an entire year.

Dr. Dubrow wanted to help Michelle regain her confidence, but he noted before her physical examination that it would be a high-risk procedure.

‘The risk of this is really related to tissue thickness,’ he explained. ‘The thinner the tissue the more dangerous this is.’

In the examining room, Dr. Dubrow used a transillumination technique to determine the thickness of her breast tissue.

‘Michelle’s skin on her breasts are some of the thinnest skin that I’ve ever seen,’ Dr. Nassif said in his testimonial. ‘Literally, she only has a few millimeters supplying blood to her breasts.’

Dr. Dubrow was ultimately worried that she would lose all of the blood supply to entire her breast and it would die.

He gave her a few options for her surgery, but he admitted the third one that he had recommended was a bit unorthodox.

‘If we puncture your implants and suck the fluid out, leaving the bag and the foreign body in there, it’s essentially allowing the tissue to chill and to thicken,’ he explained.

‘Wait a bit of time… and then in one stage, go in take the implants out, close the pocket off. Do whatever we need to do.’

Michelle thought the surgical plan was ‘kind of weird’ and ‘kind of scary,’ but she felt it was really the best option for her.

Grateful: 'Thanks to Dr. Dubrow, my boobs are lifted and off of my stomach and they look amazing,' she said

‘It’s not going to be a quick fix, but ultimately, it really sounds like the safest,’ she said, telling the surgeon: ‘Let’s pop ’em.’

The approach ended up working just like Dr. Dubrow had hoped. The skin on Michelle’s breasts went from paper thing to three and a half centimeters of viable tissue.

‘You’ve now gone from an extraordinarily high-risk procedure to just a high-risk procedure,’ he said.

Four months after deflating her breast implants, he was able to replace them and give her the lift that she desperately wanted.

After recovering from her surgery, Michelle slipped into a red swimsuit to reveal her new breasts to her husband and their two daughters.

‘Before my surgery, my breasts looked like cow udders. They were large and heavy and they hung down to my belly button,’ she told the camera. ‘But now, thanks to Dr. Dubrow, my boobs are lifted and off of my stomach and they look amazing.’
