A motorcyclist is lucky to be unharmed after a pickup truck drove in the wrong lane of a two-lane road, leaving the biker to weave in between vehicles to safety at the last moment.

In the YouTube clip, the motorcyclist is shown riding down a tranquil rural road. Everything appears to be going well, until he approaches a four-way intersection, where a pickup truck has entered the wrong lane, standing in his way.

As he approaches the intersection, the motorcyclist cries out and bears to the left, maintaining a high rate of speed in an attempt to avoid the passing truck.

A video captured the moment a Nebraska motorcyclist’s peaceful ride nearly turned deadly

The lucky biker manages to veer just far enough away from the truck to avoid a collision, and screams in relief as he safely guides his bike to the side of the road.

‘What the hell! I almost died!’ the biker screams, the adrenaline clearly detectable in his voice.

‘Holy Cow! What the hell was that, oh my gosh!’ the biker continues after bringing his bike to a stop.

The biker has been identified as Alex Stout of Lincoln, Nebraska, according to 1011 Now.

‘I honestly didn’t think I was going to be able to make it,’ Stout said.

Stout said that motorists don’t think of motorcyclists enough when they’re out on the road.

‘I think people forget about us a lot. Especially in the winter and when we get those couple warm days, some people get excited and get their bikes out,’ Stout said.
