Mum ‘gobsmacked’ after trying ‘miracle’ $3.90 dishwasher buy – and says she’ll never buy pricey tablets again

A mum has revealed she is ‘gobsmacked’ by the results after swapping pricey dishwashing tablets for a budget $3 buy from Woolworths.
The savvy shopper said she used to buy Finish dishwasher tablets from the store, which cost as much as $56 for a 50 pack, but then decided to try something else once and now ‘my dishes and washer are so clean’.
The woman said she bought a 1kg container of the Shine Dishwashing Powder for just $3.90, and was blown away by the results.

She posted on Facebook: ‘I’m a bit gobsmacked.
‘I usually buy Finish dishwasher tablets. Was a bit tight on cash so bought this for $3.90.
‘I was scared, but my dishes and washer are so clean.’
The woman wasn’t the only shopper who said they have swapped out expensive dishwashing tablets for the Shine product.
Others said with the rising cost of living, they too have made the swap and ‘haven’t looked back’.
‘Why not save money, groceries are terribly expensive,’ one person wrote.
Another added: ‘I am never buying tablets again. Powder works so much better and is so much cheaper.’
A third posted: ‘I use the powder. Works great and it’s cheap’, while a fourth said ‘powder transformed our dishwasher into the perfect dishwasher again’.
