My Kitchen Rules star Manu Feildel reveals his huge secret arm tattoo as he adds to his impressive body ink collection

Manu Feildel has finally revealed his much-anticipated arm tattoo after teasing the  design for months.

The My Kitchen Rules star took to Instagram to share a clip of the new ink – a a large octopus on his forearm.

In the video, originally posted by tattoo artist Mertim Gokalp, the celebrity chef put on a brave face as he sat through the painful process. 

‘Thanks mate it’s always a pleasure to see you,’ Mertim captured the post, while also tagging Thirteen Feet Tattoo parlour in Sydney.  

Over the last few months, Manu has been sharing several sneak peeks of the tattoo, but has kept it mostly under wraps to leave fans guessing.

Manu has many tattoos covering his body.   

In 2022, he raised temperatures at Channel Seven’s annual Perth Telethon when he ripped off his shirt to flaunt his extensive collection.

The French chef hilariously painted some abs on his stomach, using bronzer to create the illusion of a six-pack.

Home and Away star Lynne McGranger couldn’t get enough of the strip show, and was seen smiling and laughing as she touched Manu’s tummy.

The culinary star played up to the role of a male stripper, showing off his dance moves and flexing his muscles.

The two stars were answering calls alongside other celebrities and notable figures to help raise money for 50 beneficiaries, including the Perth Children’s Hospital. 

Manu has been co-hosting and judging My Kitchen Rules Australia since its inception in 2010.

However, the heat in the kitchen can get too much for the celebrity chef, who has been openly candid about his personal experience with stress and anxiety.

In an Instagram post, the French-Australian restaurateur said he goes swimming in an ocean pool almost every morning as the sun rises.

‘I do not share too much of my private life on my social media the last couple of years but today I felt like sharing my experience,’ he began.

‘I believe that most of us suffer from some type of stress, anxiety or even some mental breakdowns at time and trust me, I am not any different. I believe I found my medicine.

‘Since the beginning of the year I’ve been swimming in the ocean pool nearly every mornings and it’s changed my life in many ways. 

‘It’s nothing spiritual but just simply revitalising. It clears my mind from any negativity and kick start my day in a great mood. It’s giving me more energy and more focus.’

‘Anyway I just thought if I can help someone finding a solution to their battles, try that,’ he suggested.
