A gorgeous Melbourne mansion built by former My Kitchen Rules stars Zana Pali and Gianni Romano has hit the market for a second time in six months.

Located on the so-called ‘Golden Mile’ on the Brighton foreshore, the resort-style pad has had over $1million knocked off the asking price.

Pali and Romano first listed the six-bedroom, five-bathroom spread in January with an eye-watering $11million-$12million price guide.

After the house languished on the market for more than three months the couple withdrew the listing.

On Monday, the Herald Sun reported  the pair have now put the property under the hammer once more with a price guide of $9.5million-$10.395million.

That’s a discount of $1.605million off the couple’s original dream price of $12million.

The husband and wife team rose to fame on My Kitchen Rules in 2016, and later constructed the palatial haven from scratch for an estimated $5million after buying the waterside block in 2021.

Situated 13km from the CBD, the chic two-storey home boasts an underground ‘nightclub’ and features opulent fittings including a travertine entrance and custom bronze doors.

Other features include a private home office, a play room, a large dining room and a pool room.

The lavish design of the home was developed by artist Sara Sidari, Thomas & Williams architects, and landscaper Jack Merlo.

‘The house is spectacular. It has a 6m-tall fireplace, it’s pretty much glass on two sides and I’m planning to do a nightclub downstairs,’ Pali announced to her social media back in 2021 ahead of construction.

Pali and Romano, who been involved in developing real estate for over a decade, are moving on to build other projects, reported the Herald Sun in February.
