Spring has officially sprung and racing season is right around the corner, with Myer’s models showcasing what we may be wearing to cheer on the favourite at their Spring Fashion runway.
There was a Little House on the Prairie vibe in Melbourne this year, with models donning bonnets held on by bows as they stormed the stage.
With headwear appearing to be the focus, there was also a variety of flower crowns and intriguing sky-high fascinators making an appearance.

The 80s have also made a comeback, with gloves, jewel encrusted earrings and capped sleeves making an appearance.
One model was seen in a powder pink slim fitting dress with a jewel encrusted veil, over the top earrings and black lace gloves, channeling Madonna’s style in the decade.

Amongst the bold looks was a lot more feminine approach, with soft layered dresses and gold leaves in one model’s hair acting as a striking headpiece.
Being spring, floral prints also dominated the runway and the delicate designs exuded femininity.
The models hair and make up was kept soft and simple which aided the woodland-inspired style.

Kris Smith, an ambassador for Myer, walked out in a pink checkered blazer with a matching tie and pocket square.
