NAB app and internet banking down: What you need to know

NAB’s app and internet banking are down for thousands of customers.

A spokesperson for the bank said its internet banking and app were ‘experiencing issues’ and its tech team are ‘working to resolve this ASAP’.

‘We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause,’ they said on X.

On the NAB website’s internet banking section, there is a message that reads ‘Internet banking isn’t working at the moment’.

‘We’re sorry and are doing everything we can to get it back up and running,’ the message read.

‘You can still use the NAB app or Telephone Banking.’

More than 1,000 people across Australia reported experiencing problems with the app just before 2pm on Monday, according to Downdetector.
