Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir is set to speak to Liverpool following their Champions League final with Real Madrid.
Fresh reports in France indicate the playmaker is edging closer to the exit door but will wait until after the biggest game of the season to sit down with Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Fekir has enjoyed the finest season of his career to date, scoring 18 Ligue 1 goals and leading his club to Champions League qualification.

Leading French publication L’Equipe reported on Monday: ‘Nabil Fekir will leave Lyon this summer. The interest of Liverpool has grown and the player is not immune to it.
‘The Reds should contact Olympique Lyonnais to enter discussion after the Champions League final, in which they face Real Madrid on Saturday.’
Reports also suggest Fekir is the only one of the Lyon first team who the club will permit to leave this summer, after accepting the player wants to make a step up in his career and should be rewarded for his fine form.

Fekir provided an assist in the season finale in which Lyon secured Champions League football
Fekir recovered from a serious knee injury sustained in September 2015 to eventually make his comeback for the club.
The playmaker was forced to watch on from the stands for months after rupturing his cruciate ligament. But after making his full return during the recent campaign, the 24-year-old showed his importance to French the side.
The £60million-valued Fekir, who will travel to the Russia World Cup after being included in Didier Deschamps’ France squad, has also been linked with Chelsea and Arsenal.
When asked recently if he believed he had played his final game for Lyon, Fekir replied: ‘Maybe. Frankly, I don’t know. I spent an exceptional season here with the player, the fans and the staff. It ended beautifully.
‘You have to pass a course, it’s true. I think I gave everything in Lyon. Now it’s time to look into the future.’
