Naby Keita believes the best is yet to come for him at Liverpool despite earning rave reviews for his recent performances.
The 24-year-old, who has been blighted by injury since joining the club from RB Leipzig, was praised for his part in the 4-1 away win over Genk in the Champions League.
But Keita wants to make a starting spot his own and wants to help deliver the club’s first Premier League title this season.

Jurgen Klopp has had to make do without Keita for large spells due to persistent injuries
‘Of course I’m pleased with my form, but I’d like to do better,’ Keita told the club’s official website.
‘Yes, I agree it’s a good moment for me now to try to avoid picking up any injuries, and to therefore get plenty of playing time.
‘I feel that moving on from the recent injury that if I can get to play in a lot of matches, I can really try to help the team where I can.’

The Guinea international has had to be patient due to reoccurring injuries but he is now in the conversation to be involved on a matchday.
In Jurgen Klopp’s preferred 4-3-3 system, there is plenty of competition in midfield between Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, James Milner, Georginio Wijnaldum, Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Keita will hope to be involved on Wednesday night at Anfield against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup with Klopp likely to rotate his side ahead of the weekend trip to face Aston Villa.
