Nadia Bartel took to Instagram on Sunday to share a cryptic post about overcoming ‘struggles and sadness,’ after attending Bec Judd’s housewarming party in Melbourne.
After posing alongside friends at the ‘Juddchella’ event, which was held on Saturday, the 34-year-old said there is ‘nothing better for the soul’ than dancing and letting loose.
Earlier this year Nadia split from husband Jimmy Bartel, who she shares two children with, with the AFL star having since moved on with socialite Lauren Mand.

Nadia’s complete post read: ‘Doesn’t matter what’s happening in your life- if you are struggling, stressed or sad, it can be hard to leave the house but sometimes there is nothing better for the soul than a little boogie with friends for a few hours.’
Alongside the heartfelt caption, Nadia shared several pictures dancing at Bec’s party with friends Jack Charles and Kylie Brown.
The stunning mother-of-two showed off her physique in a two-piece festival inspired ensemble at the party, complete with a unique design at the front.

Last week meanwhile, Jimmy’s new girlfriend Lauren Mand took to Instagram to gush over their blossoming romance, after going public in October.
The blonde socialite proudly shared a throwback snap of Jimmy swimming at a private beach in Yarrawonga, Victoria last week.
‘Take me back to swimming with you,’ Lauren wrote in the caption, alongside a heart-eyes emoji.

It comes after Lauren recently praised Jimmy for being a wonderful father to the children he shares with his estranged wife, Nadia.
‘You’re the most amazing dad, I admire you more and more each day for everything you do for these boys,’ she wrote on Instagram on November 3.
She accompanied the post with a photo of Jimmy’s sons, Aston, three, and Henley, one, playing in the footy star’s living room.
On October 12, Lauren also shared a picture of herself walking hand in hand with Jimmy through the streets of Melbourne.
