Influencer Nadia Fairfax has finally managed to sell off her vintage home in Sydney after listing it on the market back in September.
The amazing four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad in upmarket Paddington went under the hammer for a whopping $6.05million earlier this week.
The socialite, 34, purchased the stunning three-storey terrace with her businessman husband Michael Wayne in 2020 for $4.3million.
The couple had the stylish pad listed for 70 days before they found a buyer who would meet their price guide of $6million, reported The Daily Telegraph on Friday.
Situated a mere 3kms from the CBD in one of Sydney’s sought-after eastern suburbs, the home was previously owned by abstract painter Michael Johnson and his wife Margot.
Soon after snapping up the property, the couple enlisted Nadia’s friend, interior designer Tamsin Johnson to give the home an update.

Soon after the house was listed in September, The Sunday Telegraph reported that the neighbouring 1870-built mansion had been snapped up for $10.75 million.
Speaking to Vogue, Nadia’s interior designer Tamsin said the goal of the Paddington renovation was to reflect the personality of the couple.
‘They are professional and balanced people, but also love a bit of fun,’ she said.
‘Nadia didn’t want the expected cream house with travertine and floorboards, she wanted to push the envelope and use as much colour as possible.’
Built around 1880, the original home is an example of the classic Victorian-era terrace.
Now a delightful mix of modern luxury and old world charm, the home still features period touches like iron lace fittings and French doors.
Highlights include 2.7metre ceilings and a stylish kitchen with an onyx breakfast bench that can sit 12 people.

Other features include a French marble fireplace, a formal dining room and an entertainer’s deck.
Three deluxe bedrooms are located on the first floor and the master features an ornate balcony where the couple can soak up the sun.
The top level contains a contemporary loft-style bedroom with views of the city skyline.
There’s also a studio, where previous owner Michael Johnson painted his award-winning landscape, Oceania.
Nadia and Michael got married in March 2021 in a no-expense-spared ceremony at Swifts, a heritage-listed late-Victorian Gothic Revival mansion in Sydney’s Darling Point.
High-profile guests at the event included former rugby league footballer Luke Ricketson and his wife Kate Waterhouse.
It has been reported that the couple first met at Montarna McDonald’s December 2018 wedding to Nick Pitt.
