Nadia Fairfax is preparing to say goodbye to her stunning Sydney terrace house.
The socialite, 34, purchased the stunning two-=storey Paddington home named Cawdor, in 2020 with husband Michael Wayne for $4.3million.
Previously owned by abstract painter Michael Johnson and his wife Margot, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home was constructed in 1880.
Since purchasing the home, Nadia and Michael have given it a colourful update that was recently featured in Vogue Living.
The Sunday Telegraph reported that listing agents have been clambering to snap up the listing since Nadia revealed to Vogue that she was ‘very much looking forward’ to her next renovation project.
The publication tips that the marketing campaign for the sale of the house will kick off when the mother-of-one returns from Turkey where she is currently on a shoot for luxury swimwear brand JETS Australia.
It was also reported that the neighbouring 1870-built mansion was recently snapped up for $10.75 million.
Speaking to Vogue, Nadia’s interior designer Tamara Johnson said the goal of the Paddington renovation was to reflect the personality of the couple.
‘They are professional and balanced people, but also love a bit of fun,’ she said.

‘Nadia didn’t want the expected cream house with travertine and floorboards, she wanted to push the envelope and use as much colour as possible.’
With 2.7 metre high ceilings and heritage touches, the spacious terrace exudes luxury.
The ground floor features a French marble fireplace in the formal living and French doors that open into a modern kitchen and an entertainer’s deck.

Three deluxe bedrooms are located on the first floor and the master features an ornate balcony where the couple can soak up the sun.
The top level contains a contemporary loft-style bedroom with views of the city skyline.
Built on a 162 sqm block, the property also boasts a studio, where previous owner Michael painted his award-winning landscape, Oceania.
The news comes after Nadia and Michael welcomed their first child in December.

Nadia and Michael got married in March 2021 in a no-expense-spared ceremony at Swifts, a heritage-listed late-Victorian Gothic Revival mansion in Sydney’s Darling Point.
High-profile guests at the event included former rugby league footballer Luke Ricketson and his wife Kate Waterhouse.
It has been reported that the couple first met at Montarna McDonald’s December 2018 wedding to Nick Pitt.
