Neighbours of a $6million rental mansion on the Gold Coast have said their lives are being ruined by guests partying with strippers throughout the night.

The 20-bed waterfront pad on the Isle Of Capri is owned by Jamie McIntyre, and is rented out on Airbnb for $1,600 per night.

At weekends, groups of young men move in, playing loud music and indulging in raunchy sex games with strippers who walk around the grounds naked.

Neighbours are fuming about the relentless noise – and one has even taken to filming the parties in a bid to persuade the council to do something.

The resident, named Jeff Price, shared his footage with 9News.

It shows several naked women wandering around the house with loud rap music playing in the background.

Mr Price said: ‘It’s just continual parties every night in short term accommodation.’

One neighbour named Peter Wright said his son is studying for university exams but cannot work or sleep because of the noise.

Another local, Helen Murakami, said the parties are ‘disgusting’ and that her 13-year-old son can see the strippers from their house.

‘My 13-year-old boy yells out “goodnight mum and by the way they’ve got strippers there tonight”,’ she told 9News.

The residents have sent a petition to Gold Coast City Council to get something done about the noise.

A spokesman for the council said: ‘I can confirm that a petition relating to this property was tabled at full Council on 13 June 2019 and that City officers are investigating.’

Gold Coast City Council said it ‘does not regulate activities of this nature’.

Mr McIntyre sent Daily Mail Australia a statement from property managers Gold Coast Luxury Escapes, saying the behaviour at the house was unacceptable.

‘Home owners do not want parties at their luxury properties and do not benefit financially from them,’ the statement said.

‘Guests that have such parties are not disclosing, upfront, their intentions.

‘The home owner is appalled and disappointed a select few choose to “behave disrespectfully to both home owners and neighbours” and both want such behaviour reduced and stopped where possible.’
