Alex Pike is set to celebrate her 46th birthday in August.
But the famed cosmetic nurse showed that age is nothing but a number as she stripped down to a stellar swimsuit for a beachside photoshoot last month.
The mum-of-three, who is the ex-girlfriend of AFL legend Nathan Buckley, looked sensational in an orange bikini that highlighted her toned physique.
The ageless Alex posed up a storm on the sunny California beach, working the camera from multiple angles.
At one point, she ran into the ocean and returned to the sandy shore soaking wet.

The registered nurse boasts cosmetic clinics in both Albury and Melbourne, but it’s not just Botox and beauty treatments that are responsible for her youthful looks.
Alex also runs her own eight-week lifestyle program called Inside Out Beauty, which encompasses everything from mindset coaching and fitness to consultations with dermatologists and and cosmetic injectors.
Before launching her own program, Alex was a fan of a much stricter regimen.
In 2016, she wrote on her website that she doesn’t eat any sugars, breads or pasta and prefers resistance training and body building to aerobics exercises.
‘I had never imagined how quickly my body responded to the restriction of sugars, breads and pasta,’ she wrote at the time.
‘Since getting serious about exercise, I have never felt stronger, more energised and confident in my life. I am currently obsessed with running up hills at the moment,’ she added.

In 2021, the former model revealed the secrets behind her unbelievable looks.
‘Going through all of the challenges in my life, while balancing being a mum to three boys and being an entrepreneur, I’ve learnt the importance of self-care and self-love to stay grounded,’ she told Herald Sun.
‘I’ve created daily routines and practices that make me feel amazing mentally, physically and emotionally. Some of these include meditation, walking, cold therapy, gratitude journaling and sticking to a healthy diet plan,’ she said.
‘By implementing all of these activities into my life, my energy has shifted and I’m glowing from the inside out,’ she added.
The 45-year-old shot to fame in 2021 when she started dating AFL legend Nathan Buckley following his split with his wife of 18 years, Tania Minnici.
The pair confirmed their relationship in May of that year and had a whirlwind romance that was splashed all over the media.

Rumours swirled in January last year that they had finally split for good, only for speculation to arise a few months later that they were engaged after Alex was spotted with a huge diamond on her wedding finger.
In December, Alex officially confirmed that she was single and focusing on her career.
‘I’m definitely not seeing anyone, I’m keeping to myself. I have been studying for my exams to be a registered nurse in the states,’ she told the Herald Sun.
Buckley, 50, has also moved on and is now dating 34-year-old socialite Brodie Ryan.
